• No payment is considered final until confirmed by Marble Mansion.
• Any required transfer instructions are communicated in your confirmation flow.

4) Changes and cancellations

• Modification or cancellation requests must be sent using official contact channels.
• Approval depends on room availability, timing, and applicable rate conditions.
• No-show and late cancellation handling may apply according to the confirmed reservation terms.

5) Guest responsibilities

• Guests must comply with house rules and local law.
• Guests are responsible for damages caused by misuse or negligent behavior.
• For some stays, identity verification may be required at check-in.
